A Defected House In Miami

The latest Defected In The House album is ready to go, just in time for the Winter Music Conference. This three disc package was mixed and matched by Defected duo Copyright, who are no strangers to the game and who have made Defected mixes three years running (including this one).
For the third disc Copyright called in a ringer by the name of Simon Dunmore, who you may know as the founder/boss man of Defected Records. Before starting his label in 1999, Simon had been DJ’ing since 1982, and work as an A&R rep since 1989. With so much experience in the (music) industry, it was only a matter of time before Defected was born.
With a total of 38 tracks, a past, present and future theme seems to be in effect. Combining classic tunes you know and love from previous Miami mixes with all kinds of remixes and other cuts from artist like Fedde Le Grand, Stacy Kidd, Dennis Ferrer, Basement Jaxx and so on. With such a strong presence at the WMC, it was only fitting to step up with a mix of equal stature.
“Defected In The House Miami 2007” will be released on March 5th.
