Marine Parade is Back

Just weeks after filing for bankruptcy after their distributor, 3MV, left the label with debts that were impossible for the UK label to cover, Marine Parade are back, revamped, re-launched and ready to release the postponed and highly anticipated debut from Evil Nine, an album that label boss Adam Freeland has described as 'the finest release to have ever come out on Marine Parade'

Around a thousand copies of the new album, 'You Can Be Special Too' were sent out just before all this happened and since then the album has become a highly prized essential for any break beat fan with the copies of the album in circulation doing a brisk trade on EBay.

Adam said he was ready to leave the label behind him and concentrate more on creating and playing music but the massive support he received from Marine Parade fans around the world convinced him to try and revive what had become one of the most respected break beat labels around the world.

Evil Nine's next single, 'Crooked' has also been the subject of EBay madness. A few promo copies were sent out through UK based Whitenoise and has since reached Number 1 in the DJ charts. The recent news of bankruptcy pushed the price of the 12" vinyl up so much copies have been selling for as much as $80! An official release date for the single on the newly launched Marine Parade will be announced soon.

Adam Freeland is soon embarking on his 'We Want Your Vote' promotional tour of the US while Evil Nine will be entertaining Australian break beat fans on a 7 date tour commencing on the 23rd September before coming back to start a UK tour in late October.
