Ibiza Super-clubs Say 'Crisis- What Crisis?'

Pacha director Danny Whittle and Judgement Sunday promoter Judge Jules laughed off a fresh 'Ibiza is dead' story in British newspaper The Scotsman this week, telling Skrufff that both their clubs are thriving.

Scotsman club expert Graham Ogilvy claimed that sky high club prices have finally forced clubbers to 'desert Ibiza for more exotic locations' prompting 'some of Europe's best known clubs to frantically try to stoke up business."

"I wonder if this journo has visited the same island as me, did he stop off in Menorca by mistake?" said Jules.

"The island is rammed, Judgement Sundays has been enjoying its busiest season in years, and all the major club nights are telling the same story. I don't know how much more I can say," he added.

Pacha's brand director Danny Whittle was equally perplexed, declaring "I have to say I donft see any crisis this season, Ibiza is packed."

"Wefre on course to finish this year having had the best year ever, at least 10% up on last year, and our hotel has been booked solid throughout the season," Danny continued.

"Ibiza has become to dance music and nightclubbing what Vegas is to gambling and no-one one can take this away," he added, "We just have to keep it fresh and better every year."(Jonty Skrufff)
